Who is responsible

The data controller is Emilien Grillot, sole proprietor, 131 boulevard de Grenelle, 75015 Paris, France, reachable at emiliengrillot@gmail.com.

Browsing the Site

The Site is static. It sets no cookies, loads no analytics and no third-party scripts, and does not profile visitors.

Like any web server, ours writes standard access logs (IP address, requested page, date and time, browser signature). They are used only for security and troubleshooting, and are kept for no longer than twelve months.

Writing to us

If you email emiliengrillot@gmail.com, your address and the content of your message are used to reply to you and, where applicable, to conduct our business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering you, then the performance of a contract if we start working together. Messages are kept for the duration of the relationship and no longer than three years after our last exchange.

Booking a call

Intro calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address and the slot you choose, under its own privacy notice. Calendly LLC is based in the United States; transfers are covered by the safeguards described in that notice.

We receive the booking details by email and treat them as described above.

Working together

If you become a client, we process the contact details of the people we work with and the information needed to produce the deliverables (access to a demo workspace, brand material, release notes). This data is processed to perform the contract, kept for its duration, then archived for the legal retention periods that apply to business records (up to ten years for accounting documents).

Who else sees your data

Nobody, beyond the processors needed to run the Site and the service:

• Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus), which hosts the Site;
• Calendly LLC (United States), if you book a call;
• the email provider that delivers our messages.

Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you can access, rectify and erase your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for its portability.
